UAE National Day - Bab Al Shams Al Hadheerah Desert Restaurant
On Saturday, 2 December and for one day only, Al Forsan restaurant offers a luxurious UAE National Day celebration with a savoury selection of Arabic and international culinary creations and special Emirati delicacies including “lamb ouzi”, “chicken makbous”, “veal hares” and “madrouba“ carefully prepared by the professional Arabic culinary team. In addition to the local dishes, Al Forsan restaurant offers on the day to all Dubai foodies a variety of International and Arabic delicacies from numerous Middle Eastern, Indian, Asian and European cuisines to satisfy everyone’s taste.
Parents planning to treat their little ones to a special UAE National Day celebration are invited to enjoy a special day with delicious kids’ snacks and various fun activities including clown, magician, mini zoo with camel and pony rides, together with face painting, balloon twisting, lawn games and mini golf challenges. While the children are entertained at their dedicated area, parents may relax and chat with friends, listen to the live Duo and watch the traditional Emirati Ayala performance.
Saturday, 2 December will mark a special day at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant, where an Emirati and Arabic feast will take place. The Arabic-inspired UAE National Day buffet at Al Hadheerah desert restaurant, created by the professional Arabic culinary team, will offer mouthwatering delicacies from Arabic cuisines with special Emirati culinary masterpieces to celebrate this occasion in style.
Here, guests will explore a true Emirati culinary experience and are welcome to choose their favourite out of a wide selection of authentic main dishes and desserts, from “prawn nashef”, “fish salouna”, “veal hares”, “chicken makbous”, “mohammar” and “lamb ouzi” to “margouga”, “samak magli”, “ayish mashkhoul”, “chicken salouna” and “foga semach”. All Dubai foodies with a sweet tooth will enjoy irresistible home-made dessert buffet offering a unique flavor experience of International and Arabic desserts with special Emirati sweets, whether “aseeda” and “gazareya” or “lokaymat” and “naseeba”.
In addition to a rich authentic Emirati buffet, Al Hadheerah desert restaurant will offer ten interactive cooking stations and delicacies from famous Middle Eastern cuisines including Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian, Jordanian, Iraqi, Moroccan, Omani and Iranian.
On this occasion, an extensive Arabic inspired entertainment program will celebrate this special day offering live music, traditional Emirati Ayala and Harbiah performances, live camel and horse heritage show, grand fireworks as well as Dabkeh dancers, Arabic singer and traditional Tanura performance and belly dancers.
