Curtin University, a leading global university from Perth, Western Australia has announced the launch of its renowned engineering programs at Curtin University Dubai. The University is internationally recognised as a leader in engineering education and research.
Curtin University Dubai is ranked second in the world for Mineral and Mining Engineering according to the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2017, and placed in the top 200 for Civil and Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering as well as, Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2017.
Students enrolling in Engineering Programs at Curtin University Dubai will have access to world-class facilities specifically designed for the new courses. In addition to Curtin’s existing campus at Dubai International Academic City, the University will set up the Engineering Programs at Dubai Silicon Oasis which will provide students access to latest engineering methods, tools, and techniques to develop, design and build projects.

Curtin University’s four-year Bachelor of Engineering Honours programs in Mechanical Engineering or Civil and Construction Engineering offered in Dubai will support the UAE’s growing demand for highly skilled, innovative and talented engineers.
These courses will give students the opportunity to learn from one of the highest ranking engineering programs, enabling them to be at the forefront of the field to advance innovation in the region.

Curtin University Dubai is currently accepting applications for its engineering foundation program offered from January 2018 onward, and early applications for its engineering honours programs in Mechanical or Civil and Construction to be offered in September 2018.
The availability of Curtin’s engineering degree programs will be an advantage to students who want to study while living in Dubai and obtain a prestigious international degree directly from Curtin University, Australia.
Engineering students at Curtin University Dubai will also have an opportunity to directly enrol in the University’s AACSB Accredited School of Business MBA (Global) program upon successfully completing their undergraduate degree.
