Authentic Moroccan Iftar at Novotel Al Barsha

This Ramadan, an authentic Moroccan Iftar is featured at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha from sunset until 11pm. Talented Chef Habiba was flown in from Agadir in Morocco to 365 restaurant especially for this occasion.

Chef Habiba will treat Novotel guests to an Iftar to remember with some of her signature dishes and sweets including the likes of harira soup, couscous with vegetables, pastilla, chebakia and baghrir.

Hailing from Morocco, Chef Habiba has many years of experience in 5-star hotels preparing traditional Moroccan dishes. She will be at 365 restaurant throughout all the holy month of Ramadan to delight your senses with her flavored Moroccan cuisine.
