and tent, which overlook the lush gardens at Jumeirah Beach, boast bright, joyful interiors and live cooking stations that awaken the senses (and appetite!) as guests step in.
Chef de Cuisine Yahya Osman has created an Iftar buffet that is both steeped in traditional Arabic flavors alongside international favorites too. The lamb ouzi, arayes and seabass sayadiah are stand out dishes, as well as the rainbow selection of kofta brimming with either cheese, mushroom, pistachio or eggplant to offer a modern twist to the traditional dish. Chef Yahya’s innovative Arabic sushi is always a special surprise too.
In addition to Arabic fare, a variety of other cuisines are on offer, from a sushi and sashimi counter to a pasta station, Indian station and even a live BBQ grill. The desserts go above and beyond delicious, with 18 different homemade ice creams to choose from, a live crepe station, a designated cake counter, and mountains of Turkish delight.
Suq’s Sohour serves a dedicated à la carte menu of Middle Eastern cuisine, with menu highlights including kishek manakish, served piping hot from the pizza oven. Guests may also order the Four Seasons Resort Dubai Ramadan juices, soft drinks as well as tea and coffee, and shisha is available on request. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and tent has warm Arabesque appeal, particularly with the sounds of a live Oud musician, which completes the idyllic setting.
