With the exclusive launch of Imajyne blue wine and their first ever cookbook “A Culinary Journey”, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, the UAE’s ultimate urban escape, and Jean-François Laurent, General Manager of the resort, invite readers of the recipe book to discover a tantalising selection of dishes and hope to inspire amateur cooks and chefs in their own culinary creations.

Showcasing the exquisite cuisine on offer across the hotel’s four signature outlets: the Mekong, Bushman’s Restaurant & Bar, Revo Café and The Beach House, Anantara’s “A Culinary Journey” cookbook features more than 60 succulent and exotic recipes split across appetizers, main courses, desserts and cocktails.

The cookbook is curated by the hotel’s talented team of chefs and led by Executive Chef, Maurice Fitzgerald.

To accompany all these delicacies, a special French-Corsican treasure. After the red and white wines and the rosé, discover Imajyne, an authentic naturally blue wine, having French origins, unique and first of its kind.

Created by brothers Bruno and Sylvain Milanini in the south of Corsica, Imajyne blue wine vinifies in the seawater, 40 to 60 meters below sea level. Already a perfect success.
